From your President: Greetings! As we begin 2014, first and foremost the chamber would like to thank all of our members for their support in 2013. Collectively you are the reason we exist. A big thank you to all who sponsored the Wonder Lake Map. The map has been distributed to all residents in Wonder Lake and showcases our Wonder Lake community.

The McHenry County Conservation District offers more than 17 miles of snowmobile trails in Glacial Park and along the Prairie Trail that connect with many other county trails. Trails are open when there is at least 4 inches of snow on the frozen ground, 6 inches on unfrozen ground. Call 815-339-6223 for trail conditions and maps. Discover the beauty of cross-county skiing on trails lit only by candlelight. Bring your own skis and enjoy refreshments afterwards around the campfire. Skiers of every level and age welcome. Locations rotate between five site depending on snow and trail conditions.
